We recognise that no two owners or apartments are the same, which is why our fees and offerings are flexible and can be tailored to your needs.

Our portfolio mostly consists of 1-3 bedroom apartments located in and around the Wellington CBD. We offer our residents a range of properties to suit different preferences and budgets - some units are tidy and compact with simplistic furnishings, whilst others are high-end, penthouse apartments boasting state-of-the-art modern decor. Whilst the majority of our properties are inner-city apartments, we are also delighted to manage a number of suburban family homes.

We only charge fees on rents collected, advertising and tenant vetting. All other costs associated with managing your property are passed on to you at cost. The only other cost that may incur is a one-off set fee to furnish your property, if this service is required.

The majority of our properties are located within the Wellington CBD, however we do also manage a number of suburban homes. We’ve found that the highest demand is for apartments located around Wellington’s Lambton Quarter, The Terrace, Te Aro and the Waterfront, however we would love to discuss management of your property regardless of its location. Demand for city apartments is largely year-round, whilst corporate demand for suburban homes tends to be project-based (ie. high demand for properties in Miramar/Seatoun when big projects are on at Weta!).
