This building was originally known as Winders Building, developed and built in 1907 for ironmonger and importer George Winder. This building has a rich history with various additions as well as many different functions, from a department store, to markets, offices and accommodation.
In 2019 the fourth floor of the main building was converted into ten serviced residential furnished apartments.
